Maybe someone more educated than me on the topic can be more descriptive of how it would be classified. Would it not be a chemical weapon by definition?

Anyone know someone who can confirm if there is actually any shortages of cocaine. Like if these were all actually drug runners, the cost of cocaine should be going up and there should be shortages. Which… I must say the people that I knew in the past, if coke had shortages, meth mixed and sales in meth increase

“For example, the stated goal of both the Helms-Burton Act and the Torricelli law is to strangle the Cuban economy by cutting off its ability to carry out normal financial relations around the world.”
Torricelli law, that’s a principle of fluid dynamics, guess they shared a name, they must have meant the Torricelli-Graham Bill.

Copy party works pretty well, I’ve liked it. That said I don’t have mine open to everyone, it requires a password for view/read/edit rights or whatnot, which you can easily divy out using a config file. (Not the most secure, but that’s because I haven’t put in any protections myself)

I know there is a lot of TikTok users in the U.S. but is it higher percentage wise than most? It’s something like 1 in 3 people which seems pretty damn high. Almost 1 in 5 that logs in daily I thought I saw. No idea what it is elsewhere.

Can you make your font bigger, I went to public school and my eyes are a bit fried from all the muzzle flash.

Venezuelan agency budget, ~$200 million. CIA - 78 billion. When your budget is 365 times as much, I could understand why you’d think they would be more sophisticated.

Yeah it’s a big claim, would be cool to eventually see evidence it was true but I’m not sure how they’d ever be able to prove it. I doubt anyone gets a wire transfer that just says it’s from the CIA

I’m not sure if I can say he’s old enough to remember WW2, or rather he’s old enough to forget WW2.

Yeah I don’t see how giant aircraft carriers will exist in 20+ years. When it costs billions to make, shit tons of man hours, training and take forever to move around, and someone can put a giant hole in the side of it and sink every $100 million dollar plane that’s on it along with all the people for under $20 million, it’s just seems dumb.
Like for scale, someone could sink every Aircraft carrier in the U.S. fleet for cheaper than the cost of 1 ballroom.

I use a split tunnel for the VPN. You can route specific applications/services to go through the VPN, and leave the Plex access how it is currently if you want. I have my jellyfin server set up that one of my browsers and qbitorrent all go through the VPN tunnel that’s always connected, then RustDesk, my file server, jellyfin and what not runs locally. So I don’t have to lose access to Jellyfin when acquiring any content.
Note: you can actually kick off a download through the VPN, and tell it to download sequentially, then just refresh the movies list in your player(jellyfin for me) and start watching the movie while it downloads. Thought that was a nice surprise.

Honestly don’t know for certain, but Israel pays a lot of money into lobbying in the U.S.
On a side note I would say Israel is the U.S. guaranteed entry point to that region of the world, so when it comes to intimidating other countries having a foothold somewhere there is of value to the U.S. (vehicle efficiency has increased, and car ownership dropped from 138 million registered in 2021 to 97 million registered in 2023.). So 30% loss in cars., and population increased from ~285m to ~337m during that time. (Irrelevant, but for scale that’s 127% of Canadas population total)
So the U.S. has stockpiled military equipment in Israel for decadees that is well defended do to shared technologies. This allows for unilateral support if say Bush 1 or Bush 2 wants to manipulate the area for something pertaining to oil prices getting to low/high. Contrary to many, I believe the U.S. ensures oil barrels stay higher in price because the lifting cost in the U.S. is higher. A good example is our oil production has increased by more than double from 2001 till today.
If the cost of oil in Iran/Saudia Arabia go lower that profitability drops, and some of the largest contributors to the Republican party (oil companies in the west, would see huge drops in income).
Other countries of interest there. Argentina, Columbia, and Venezuela. Should also mention Brazil, but they have grown closer ties with China who they export most of their excess Oil production too. Harder to impact at the moment, so they likely want to keep them out of direct conflicts.
Remember Trump sat down in May 2024 asking oil executives directly for $1 billion dollars in campaign contributions to help him get elected with the promise to squash any programs he could pertaining to EV growth.

If one stops trying to subjugate the other, the other should hopefully slowly start to be calm down about the subjugation.
Years and years of people stealing land, burning houses, shooting unarmed protesters and prosecuting people unfairly only leads to more hatred, more conflict, and more war.
If there was any chance of a free and fair election in Palestine that could elect something else it would be good, but only would end up different if it came without Israel’s interference and them actually staying out of Palestine. Governments like Israel and the U.S. or U.K. trying to put anyone on the ground there is more likely to cause conflicts. Where as if the UN countries all agreed to cut all trade with Israel if they didn’t stop trying to instigate shit… Israel would likely listen, or dissolve over time if they didn’t. The only people who should be on the ground there is investigate journalists and AID from around the world to help those people rebuild and leave whatever can be left behind them behind them

Think it depends where you live. Florida and many parts of Louisiana can get away with Sugarcane which should wipe the floor with corn on energy density per acre. If you get further north some areas can do sugar beets which also wipe the floor with energy per acre if people are trying to create the ethenol for vehicles and what not. Still have to rotate crops with something different though, I’m no expert but beans and edible small grains like those used for barley, hops, and what not may be able to not be a huge nitrogen sink. Maybe some carrots as well? Idk
So you can end up with 2x the ethenol per acre off sugar beets and keep bean costs lower in this country with no import costs. While also maybe providing local breweries or even large companies like Yuengling who still try to buy u.s. grown crops. Since Anheiser Busch was bought by inbev (Belgium?) I’m not sure where they get their products from.

Last I knew Coca-Cola was still importing shit tons of coco leaves every year to process in New Jersey (legally under permits)… not sure if that comes from Columbia or Peru though

It was never a war of on drugs, it was a war of subjugation. The war is going exactly how they wanted it too.
People are afraid enough of drugs they can manipulate elections with them. The number of people who were convinced Fentanyl was being brought over the Mexican border by people trying to illegally immigrate and that those 2 issues were tied together was high.
They made people scared, and manipulated them into allowing the government to get away with persecuting people while disregarding the inequality of it.

Yeah, it was definitely a get readers attention scare tactic. 10% tax on hotels is nothing.
It’s like saying “We had to raise our taxes to match that of Florida districts due to federal cuts by Trump”
Sensationalism, but some may be more true than others

No shit, what else would I have meant?
You make a good point that there aren’t more classifications, the only other one I can think of is state dependent, and that’s vehicular manslaughter.
