We have a rapist felon in Drumphkins, a proven government backer of murderers on Canadian soil in Modi, Meloni and her ultra fascism amongst others here for a visit. Our government and private institutions also support the genocide happening to the Palestinians. Numerous journalists and professors have been fired for what they’ve said or written. Regular citizens as well. A highschool graduate valedictorian in Ottawa was just told by her highschool not to come back to school for the rest of the year for simply recognising the genocide in Palestine at the end of her graduation speech this past weekend. It wasn’t even the main topic of her speech but a byline at the end.

We also have a PM that wants to pass laws that put us further into the class war and war on immigrants and minorities that we currently wage even though we thought a few short months ago we were voting against such action. They’re all invited and gathered together surrounded by the highest security in the world to discuss all our futures at the G7. They are in a place where they can easily avoid protests or even seeing them and there is no interaction with any of the people they actually represent because they seem terrified someone will hurt or kill them. I wonder why…

A New bill was just put forward to introduce sweeping legislation that allows law enforcement extended abilities including opening people’s mail without a warrant, an obvious erosion of personal freedom. Along with adding more police and border security that isn’t needed. Enforcing questionable immigration laws and more. This is what we thought we were voting against just a short time ago.

It’s a world wide fascist takeover lead by the class war and we all have to somehow change our political parties and government systems completely at the same time. The people must rise up. Become engaged. Fight for ourselves and not be swayed by money or status.

One of those that commits the most war crimes is the US. They can’t be supporting a war crimes court.

Farms in Japan are likely disappearing as they are elsewhere. Attempting to protect domestic supply isn’t a bad idea. Doing it in a way that is not detrimental to the population would probably be helpful.

I’m not a typical North American. I have a full kitchen outside my house in an outbuilding that is fully set up as a commercial kitchen on three phase power. Inside my house I have typical shitty North American appliances. The “outdoor” kitchen is all second hand bought at auction commercial restaurant appliances. Gas stove tops. Commercial electric ovens. Vent hoods. The whole thing. It’s taken years and years to build up.

We grow, forage and raise a lot of our own food and have a small galley style kitchen in our little house that just isn’t practical for large batch stuff like butchering and canning.

It’s corporations. My stove runs on 220V as does my dryer. Aside from gas all of them do. It does exist but it is priced out of a normal person’s budget. These ovens exist only in homes where everyone eats out as generally those are the homes that can afford the extra expense. Or as that person told you previously, unless you purchase a commercial oven. Yay capitalism!
