Does it matter?

The famines, which outside of World War II when the Nazis deliberately attacked their farms, and outside of the 1930s, which had famine induced by weather disaster and magnified by privledged capitalist farmers called “kulaks” destroying their livestock and grain to prevent collectivization?
You’re really looking at this through red-tinted glasses. It’s ok to admit that there were also serious missteps by Stalin that magnified the extent of this famine, and that it was intentionally made worse for some ethnic minorities.

Are you seriously thinking this is how revolution in the US would go?

I just didn’t get what you titled this post from the actual article. The article just says McKinsey found only 30% of AI deployments they looked at actually saw a return on investment and that AI vendors have to figure that out in order to continue to sell AI services.
While this may be something that has happened, this definitely is not something “the homeless do” in the US

Life is incredibly resilient, a ton of life is going to survive and adapt just fine. You think marginally increased global temperatures are worse than the Chicxulub impact? It’s crazy that in the face of environmental catastrophe people can still find ways to irrationally catastrophize

“The extinction of all life in Earth” is not a reasonable conclusion to draw from this

It’s pretty big leap from the Earth absorbing slightly more energy from the sun to “the extinction of all life on Earth.”

That’s actually not clear at all. How did you draw this conclusion from what’s written here? It cites decreased pollution across the northern hemisphere as one of the drivers of this, for example, and how is that horrifying?

This is pretty amazing. There’s so much we don’t know

France is not comparable to Cuba in this scenario
They look like good, strong hands…

Like what?

But there’s also the cancer

I would argue this is pretty naive and stupid:
For example, Russia can stop the “special operation” if Ukraine gives them the land they want.

Unfortunately, you and I both know that even if Ukraine were to agree to cede some land to Russia, there’s nothing stopping Putin from continuing to sow instability in Ukraine or from still trying to take more of their land. In fact, he has a demonstrated track record of lying about this.

You really missed the point on this one, huh

This feels dismissive of feminism, and seems to miss the point by citing a bunch of examples that are anti-feminist. You’re getting caught up in political drama and missing that this is a life philososophy that can underpin how any one person fundamentally treats others and that exists independently of current events. The question is, are you a feminist?
What are you on about here
