My guess is it’s a form of highly visible and publicized protest.
The fact that you now know about this event and who is involved and talking about it here proves they have been successful.
They don’t really care if the food arrives or not, they just want you to pay attention to their humanitarian efforts and how it’s being diverted.

I hide it behind Cloudflare. I assume that since most of the world pays them for domain security, and if Cloudflare goes down so does half the internet, I thought to try them out. Best decision I’ve made. They blocked substantial DDoS attempts on my IP, a fuck ton of malicious web scrapers that attempt CVEs, and they also allow me to have very specific users access to my domain using complex allow lists, zero-trust, and DNS over HTTPS.
Build your own using a mini PC that is capable of having multiple ethernet adapters , or any old laptop or PC that has multiple ethernet ports or multiple wifi modems, and install OPNsense or pfSense as the primary OS and essentially own your own network.
It’s now been several days.

You could host thousands of these across the country, but will the Israeli government truly ever give a shit about the opinions of people from the other side of the planet?
I support this kind of protest, but let’s not get this twisted: this is only happening to make people feel better about themselves, and it’s not truly going to change anything. How is a thousand people marching in Australia going to stop the IDF from killing Palestinians? Prove me wrong.
When the actual solution to stop genocide is something the population isn’t willing to consider: aggresive military intervention.
Genuinely curious: What countries currently willing to donate any arms or money that are not pariah states that are internationally sanctioned or condemned?
