Great way to get American citizens exposed to Ebola travelling to the US to not inform anybody about it.
Hey Europe, how does it feel being America’s bitch ?
That’s a terrible way to say something I truly agree with.
Why should Europe take them? The States has been an ar$e to Europe and esp Ukraine for a whilst.
The Eu should tell them no.
Do we want to deal with watching the US having an Ebola outbreak under this administration?
Have a good think about what that will look like, I could imagine a world where it is unfairly in everyone’s best interest?
Ukraine is being treated unfairly and the USA don’t seem to care about that…why should other countries keep giving and giving to an administration that lies, causes grief, and tells everyone else to go jump. It’s called give and take. Everyone else in the world is already suffering high prices due to Iran and they consider that acceptable….i could continue.
I would like to be nicer about it but my patience is thin for abusers. And they will only turn round and bite you afterwards…likely wont even say thanks.
Infectious disease spreading and evolving is bad for all of us regardless of the country.
It’s the government that is bad. It’s people did nothing wrong.
Only they voted for this government. They can decide to fix their shithole country, if they want to
Well yeah, the people voted for the government.
No I fucking didn’t, nor did anyone I care about.
Like fuck I did NOT ask to get locked in with these fucking dipshits.
Remember, Mario has a brother who wears green.
Americans at large either did, or did not care enough to vote at all. Of course there are plenty of exceptions, like you, but the American people at large are certainly responsible for Trump.
You have my sympathy for being locked in with those people.
You think the bombed Iranian schoolgirls give a shit? It’s your country and your president. If you don’t like the way the nation is run, then change it.
How? Not my problem, don’t care, as it’s not my country.
And in time we’ll see you the same way we see the Germans who voted against the Nazis but did jack all once said Nazis were in power.
Democracy, though
A country that blocks re-entry to you just because you’re sick is not you country. It’s insane how these people still consider themselves US citizens.
They are afraid of getting infected? In “Measles Parties are Natural Immunisation” country? Or do they acknowledge that they are not up to par for serious medical issues?
Oh come on. Be serious. Is your health secretary up for eating roadkill and hosting a video of himself and Zoid Rock?
Great, more US refugees
We cannot and will not allow any cases of Ebola to enter the United States
… “because we’ve somehow managed to fuck up our health system even more, and our doctors most capable of treating Ebola have left the US to other countries where they are supported in their efforts to save lives while we sit around, tanning our taints and eating roadkill dick”
FTFY, lil’ Marco.
But fuck that European socialism!
You heard the man - you want to escape the reach of the US and get good, affordable national healthcare? Catch ebola.
Immigration officials hate this one little trick.
USA can’t even treat ebola patients. Sad.
‘If more Americans contract Ebola and need advanced medical care, they will be sent to Europe rather than brought to the U.S.’
Who would have thought that grind up racoon dick and prayer, is not as advanced as the US health system pretends to be.
rfk jr needs to refresh his brainworm population, with raccoon roundworms.
At a Cabinet meeting Wednesday, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said, “We cannot and will not allow any cases of Ebola to enter the United States.”
If they want to enter the US and if they hold citizenship, I think that that may violate case law that a US citizen may not be denied entry to the US.

Some random law firm, but:

Central to these protections is the absolute right of a U.S. citizen to return to their country. This right is unequivocal. No matter where an individual has traveled, the duration of their absence, or their personal or legal background, a U.S. citizen cannot be denied entry into the United States. This principle is supported by both statutory and constitutional law. A landmark Supreme Court case, United States v. Wong Kim Ark (1898), established that citizenship includes the right to reenter the nation. Unlike lawful permanent residents or visa holders, U.S. citizens are exempt from admissibility criteria. Consequently, even if a U.S. citizen lacks proper documentation or is subject to further questioning, the government is obligated to permit their entry once their citizenship is verified.
The federal government can hold US citizens in quarantine upon reentry, in the US. There’s certainly precedent there. But I don’t think that it can constitutionally say “you may not enter the US” to a citizen.
Psh. A LAW? You need a functioning court system to worry about a law.

The administration has maintained that shorter flight times to Europe are the reason why Americans who get Ebola will be sent there for care.
That seems… Plausible. But after the state department told Americans abroad in the middle East to “fend for yourself” when Trump started a war it’s questionable.
Trump doesn’t get benefit of the doubt.
Funny how they can work that out when it comes to their citizens who are ill needing fast treatment but POTUS and Hegseth are too stupid to work out that’s the same reason they have Ramstein in Germany as part of their NATO deployment.
In what world is intercontinental flight faster than in-house? Even if you start in Atlanta right beside the CDC itself you’ve got to fly roughly the length of usa to reach the coast of Europe lol
The only American who has tested positive so far, a surgeon who had been working at a Congo hospital, was flown to Germany.
I think the premise is that Ebola cases are currently only in Africa, so if a US citizen catches it, that means they’re already across the Atlantic Ocean and, yes, Europe would be closer.
tired of winning
Got ebola, but didn’t go bankrupt. Bargain!
Thanks Obama. That’s all your fault.
