Pretty harsh fine for a business like Temu, which relies on a difference of a few cents at large scale to make a profit.

Nah, it’s a pittance. No one should be simping for a $50 billion dollar company, especially when that company is built around abusive labor practices and dangerous products.

a business like Temu, which relies on a difference of a few cents at large scale de facto slave labor, substandard materials, and avoiding all safety practices to make a profit.

      Fixed it for you.

“A few cents” billions of times still amounts to billions in profits. They’ll do fine without the relative pittance that they undoubtedly consider the cost of doing business rather than an incentive to improve.
