I also sometimes see stuff like that and wonder if it’s a message. Like “this could be you or someone you love if you don’t act how we want you to act.” Or just blatant retubution for something the news anchor woman reported on.

I also thought it was weird around that time the “party balloon” shut down air space around that time.
