Uh, Russia will be too broke to continue funding their war offensive in Ukraine, and then if they try to continue it anyway they’ll be too broke to continue functioning as a nation. That’s kind of the point of sanctions. Did you read the article?

Drop the war, investors return, everyone is happy. If they want to continue the war they better start checking their couch cushions for rubles. That’s what the sanctions are for, that’s what they do. If all that they have to continue throwing at this war is casualties, Ukraine has already won. Russia may have plenty of meat left but they do not have equipment left. And no war, especially a modern one, is going to be won without equipment and vehicles. Ukraine has NATO support behind them and Russia has… North Korea, maybe China if they’re feeling charitable that day.
You keep thinking that bud. Your eyes are blinded to the truth of the world. But you’ll find out.
In any other situation I would agree with you, but are you confident that deserting the Russian army fucks you over more than living in North Korea does? Because I’m not really sure.
