I just solved this exact issue after living with it for a few months.
For me it was a bad PSU, voltage drop probably stopping the HDDs and SSDs, which knocked over the Kernel

Had this problem for a the last three months. Tested hard drives, memory and everything else.
Turned out to be a PSU with an intermittent issue where it would drop voltage. Very annoying!

Probably regardless of which part of him was showing

My understanding is it’s legit. The original studies included a Margin of error which was not included in the headlines, shockingly. This new figure is within those margins.
The problem is with the testing method used to identify the plastic, it also detects a bunch of other stuff that’s supposed to be there.

Took me a couple of minutes to find out that’s not true.
Where they’ve failed is in the enacting that policy, likely exacerbated by their franchise model which muddles responsibilities and accountability.
Ah, gotcha! Thanks.
I feel like that information could have multiple implications in future. Thank you!
Did you learn that about my jellyfin by looking at my post history or connecting to my server? 😀
It’d struggle a bit on some setups, like when I’m using the Jellyfin app on my GFs smart TV… Or explaining to a friend in Europe how to setup a VPN without breaking anything else on his network… It is a risk for sure.
I’m too tired right now to parse what you mean about the port forwarding. I guess the idea is to reduce the impact if Jellyfin were breached or exploited. If you’re up for it, can you explain more about why that relates to port forwarding?
I’m not sure that’s gonna work with my Jellyfin 🤔🫤

I love the idea of a pet fox but I feel it raises serious ethical considerations…
But then I wonder if it’s that different to a pet dog or cat. And it is but its hard to name why!

That’s a subjective evaluation, noteworthyness or level of interest depends on the reader, not the topic.
I personally find it as interesting as hearing how moths adapt their camouflage to match pollution or how a new species of lemur is emerging from deforestation.
These all seem to me like things it’s better to know, than to not know about.
Though in this case, I do have my doubts that the people doing the study and the journalist reporting it had the same Nobel goals.

Selective pressures from other species is a natural part of evolution.
So are humans. Just because we’re a powerful species doesn’t make us an exception to nature
Have i got important Gnus for you: It all falls down when you realise the G is silent.

UK kicked a guy out of the royal family for their relationship with Epstein.
America put a guy in the Whitehouse.
I don’t think Andrew, or Mandleson, faced enough for what they’d done but America proves than the UK could have done less.

Ah, yes. I see. 99% triplet-energy transfer. Good, good.
Sounds like a video title on porn hub
And yet… Here on Lemmy, this is content.

This reminds me of that bit near the end of RoboCop, where Dick Jones is immune to consequences whilst he’s part of the firm.
As soon as the old man fires him, the law can act 😁
I doubt congress is going to shoot him but I can wish.
Gonna have a rum and coke and watch RoboCop tonight, been years since I’ve seen it.

Isn’t that how you get salmonella?

I think paying for remote access counts as a hoop.
As in “that’s a pain in my hoop”
Democratic (the political concept, not the party) institutions following the law…
Not exactly the same as a government running be decree and ignoring the law?
Be better than bad RAM! Or CPU probably
