I’m having many thoughts!
2·17 days agoI second smbsync2 for phone backup. It’s very customizable and once setup, just works.
I also use syncthing but only for syncing files I want to be the same on all devices. FreeTube watch history and subscriptions, stuff like that.
So the person that was maintaining the old android version is focusing on maintaining lemmy.
2·2 months agoAnything is acceptable if it’s for comedic effect.
My phone does a nightly backup on my local network’s NAS so if it gets lost/stolen/destroyed I don’t have to worry about losing anything.

What platforms does this run on?
It seems they intentionally avoided having cameras on where the crowds would be. This shot of the bleachers is pretty telling though.
I downvote puns when the topic isn’t comedic. I’m so over that shit.
Bed frames provide storage space under the mattress, make it more comfortable getting in and out of bed and gives your partner something to hold onto.
Do you not report such people?
There’s certainly an increase in comments and upvotes in the last few months. Perhaps the users were always here but current events have them engaging more.
Commenting trends from reddit, like posting a string of puns or comical memes under very serious topics, pop up once in awhile and I’m glad to see those get swiftly downvoted here.
More users is a great thing but I really really don’t want this to turn into another reddit.

I never set up my voicemail account because that’s ancient technology that shouldn’t exist. Unknown calls don’t ring and known spam is auto-blocked. I sleep well.
Same. My entire life has drastically changed since the before times. Maybe in four years things could possibly be fun again.
