        The cap has plastic. The glass is sharp and dangerous for a while each time it cracks. It is trash and should not be put in the sea. This news will spark just a bit more pollution.

        However, jailing them is a bit much.

        Just not the best thing to do.

          Yeah what if the bottle broke at the bottom and some poor animal got stuck in it?

          Give them community service.
