How do you style it under your chin? I recently started doing it differently and got compliments. I’d done it before but forgot how lol. If it stops right at your jaw bone instead of going down your neck it tends to look cleaner.
But overall based on what I’m seeing it looks nice. I’m biased though because I like beards.
It needs a bit more definition, a beard balm and comb, as well. imo. Seconding lotion, or massage in some on wet skin, then pat dry, if you feel lotion alone is too greasy. But I’m in agreement with experimenting.

That much facial hair doesn’t take long to grow. Try all combos. Nothing. Stash only. Beard only. Both. I have a full beard (including neck) if I do nothing. But I’ll cut it in several ways depending how I feel. I figured why not try it a few ways and see how I like it. Some stuck. Others didn’t
