Without evidence, they claim that USAID, a federal agency under President Donald Trump’s scrutiny, funded Lula’s victory over Bolsonaro.
It’s well documented that USAID only helps fund US interests, often in the form of regime change. If USAID was involved, Bolsonaro would have won reelection
