In my case, I saw two men with a face similar to Jeffrey Epstein’s, one even had the same gray hair and hairstyle, although the shape of the head was not exactly the same, but the face was just like Epstein’s.
I’m in the Vancouver area so people that looks like a celebrity usually are that celebrity.
I’m not out much but I saw Carrie Anne Moss pushing here new born one time a decade or so back, Pamela Anderson, David Suzuki, and Kim Catrall.
You get the “hmm that person looks familiar” feeling, they often smile or nod because you are staring wondering where you know them from.
I realise it’s not really the point here, but calling Jeffrey Epstein a celebrity seems comically reductive.

I was once standing at international arrivals at Heathrow T5. There was a bald chap standing down the rail . . looked just like Patrick Stewart. Eventually a younger girl (daughter??) came out, ran over to give him a hug . . and I could hear him speak . . oh, that IS Patrick Stewart. His voice is rather distinctive.

Dunno if you’d call her a celebrity, but a friend dated a woman that could have been Kobe Tai’s sister, damn near twin.
Robert Plant! There was a guy in a cover band that looked like him and sang close enough that it was surreal.
Yep, she looked exactly identical. Even had the exact same name, mannerisms, voice tone, age, everything.
I’ve seen people who look like Radži a few times :3 not many people here who are gonna know that celeb tho
