        There really isn’t a definition of Imperialism that fits China. It does explicitly fit Taiwan, given ROC’s history.

            They aren’t neighbors anymore than Hawaii is a neighbor to the US. If the British were fought back all the way to Hawaii, and only had Hawaii left and declared the entire American continent British territory, it would be ridiculous to say invading Hawaii is imperialism.

            It is fighting back against the imperialists who decided to flee to an island, where again THEY GENOCIDED THE LOCAL POPULATION BEFORE AND DURING THEIR OCCUPATION.

            ‘Taiwan’ and the ‘ROC’ are the bad guys, they invaded China, Failed in their take over so badly they inspired a popular peasant revolution, and got beat back to an island shortly before obtaining a defensive treaty from another nation known for imperialism and genocide.

            Learn history, kiddo. Stop listening to the CIA.
