First Lady Melania Trump has denied connections to Jeffrey Epstein, telling reporters at the White House that any claims linking the two “need to end today”.
In a surprise announcement on Thursday, the first lady called for congressional hearings for survivors of Epstein’s sex trafficking.
She also denied online rumours that Epstein introduced her to Donald Trump, calling them “mean-spirited attempts to defame my reputation”.
It is unclear what prompted the announcement.
OK who had Melania actually does something useful / ethical / takes action against Trump on their Bingo card?
She hasn’t done anything. She just said some stuff. Whatever she says is pretty irrelevant, unless its “I watched my weird orange husband rape a kid and heres proof”
none of the above? it’s odd that she would randomly come out with this statement. they’re trying to get ahead of something here.
She’s not doing anything useful or ethical or taking action. she’s trying to protect her own ass for something that has yet to be revealed.
I seem to recall reading something about victims who were going to come forward with their stories. This is probably their way of trying to control the narrative.
