It seems to be provided by a global company with murican HQ as their first-listed address, monitoring multiple sources for “evidence” of cyber attacks. Apparently, most hacker groups post on Telegram channels claiming attacks, similar to terrorist groups / freedom fighters claiming bombings and such. It can/does contain propaganda, but gives an insight into cyber part of war, which most people are not aware of.
What’s the background for your link? Who puts out that info, what insight does it bring, and how honest is it?
