Quebec will now ban street prayers as the Coalition Avenir Québec (CAQ) “super-minister” of identity, Jean-François Roberge, has just passed his bill to strengthen secularism.

So you see, your honor, and I submit to the jury, that the suspect was indeed clearly praying in public, and I motion to add a charge of perjury, for lying to this court under oath when he stated ‘I was just resting my eyes.’”
