Someone with actual ASPD doesn’t get joy from hurting people, they just don’t really care unless they’re putting a conscious effort into caring.
Which many do. But many people without ASPD want to cause pain, because they’re shitty people and fully understand what the people they’re hurting feel, if trump couldn’t feel the suffering of others in anyway, he wouldn’t go out of his way to hurt so many people.

Just to get me clear on something, did he ever day why US “owns” this oil? Like did he actually gove a reason or its a “IOU i made up”?
Chevron owns some oil production in Venezuela. Trump put sanctions on that in Feburary. If they restart that it would probably be around the 50million barrel mark this year and more in the coming years.
