Local elections were held across Russia on September 12 and 14. The campaign was particularly dull in Kostroma, a tourist town northeast of Moscow, revealing a society stifled by repression and overcome by apathy and weariness.
Eh, there’s no opposition, there’s “opposition”. DDR school - 1 ruling party and 3 clown parties acting as opposition, and everyone else blocked from participating.
Except in Russia even main party is clown party - partially stuffed with celebrities to make populi happy, with only small part of people actually making the decisions.
