As you keep bringing him back down to earth, please don’t stop there, bring him a little further than that. About six feet would do it.

Signs that president is losing the support of voters in advance of November’s midterm elections

And that’s why they are pre-rigging the elections

No, they’re not. In fact, they’ve largely abandoned the gerrymandering push because it worked against them in Texas. (Not out of ethics or altruism, of course, but because it was working against them.)

If anything, they’re bending over and taking it, though some are grift-maxxing before the clock runs out. This president and his cronies have managed to make themselves so historically unpopular that they can’t even project where they will have strength with enough accuracy to leverage all the different state majorities that they possess. They are getting legitimate Socialists elected. They have lost almost every election in 2025 and 2026, and most of those occurred in districts where Donald won by double digits in 2024. Going by the numbers he is even less popular than Jimmy Carter, and that takes effort because Carter is synonymous with ‘shitty president’.

They thought they had a mandate to reboot the Gestapo, when in fact, they were elected on affordability and decided to turbo-charge price gouging and inflation.

2026 is going to be a political bloodbath for the red team. The major downer here is that the blue team isn’t going to do anything meaningful to stop them or create positive change either.

But what about the SAVE act?

The presidents primary domestic legislature is set to rewrite the rules of voting, if passed.

The way the law is currently written, your Real ID will not be sufficient to vote. You will need a passport to confirm your ID, which is something 50% of Americans do not have.

Copium. This is May 3rd. Got a long way to go to November and pretending gerrymandering is the only way they intend to cheap is laughably naive

Hey here’s an observable fact. The DNC is majority owned by AIPAC. Ghislaine Maxwell will be pardoned. The dark enlightenment douche’s plans are on track.

There won’t be an elections. Very cute of you to think voting matters at this point. Republicans aren’t going anywhere.

As much as I want to wake up to the news that he’s dead, I would kill for a live stream of someone just completely breaking him psychologically first.

I’m really not a psychopath, but I could make an exception for this guy.

The goal is control, not truth for a narcissist. You can’t break him. He’ll just continue to lie or throw into a rage. You can show him a video of him throwing a baby off a boat and he’ll gaslight you but you’ll never break him.

        There’s a Kurt Vonnegut story.

A woman loves to help her friends decorate their homes. She has a book of plans for her own house. One day her husband gets an inheritance and decides to make her plans reality. He whisks her away for a vacation while her freinds/family redo the house. They rid of all the old, ugly furniture and replace it with exactly what she has in her dream book. When she steps in the place everyone expects her to be surprised, but she doesn’t notice. In her mind the house always looked the way she dreamed.

I think Trump is that level of delusional. No matter what you said to him, it would just prove he was right.

I think he ingrains his lies and just keeps telling himself they are true. You do that enough and only the most traumatic to your psyche are still indistinguishable from lies. So I do believe he thinks he is smart, the most popular person ever, the best deal maker, etc. But you can tell what lies he hasn’t fully been ingrained and ause they still bother him, like the 2020 election.

He can only be reigned in by powerful forces exerting serious leverage over him, and only if it’s powerful enough to override his will. He could potentially lose Congress and not be able to rig enough elections to stop it, but I doubt it’ll do much to hold him back. He’ll probably go hard with accusations of voter fraud and use it as an excuse to meddle himself or make Congress an irrelevant political body.

Going to take the world a long time to forgive Americans for voting in this maniac. Hopefully, they have learned a lesson…but I doubt it🙄

Three times. They voted for this maniac three times. Only once they failed to get him into office, and when they did have the opportunity to do anything they utterly failed to act.

Both sides have a vast amount of work to do before they even get back to neutral.

Oh look, that’s written by someone who wants to blame the voters, as if it’s actually a stable democracy over there… In contrast, I believe that the majority of people around the world see corruption in their own government and understand that the Americans are victims of the same.

They don’t hate us for our freedom. They understand we’re getting fucked, too. They sympathize… And strangely enough, there are many anti-Trump folk who nevertheless drink the American Exceptionalism Koolaid, and they cannot understand this key point.

While he is going to face a waterloo at the ballot box, he is not back down to earth. He mentally is still in cloud cuckoo land, and making stupid military decisions he is not qualified to make.

No, he’s just going to try to sabotage the voting in some way. Lots of institutions are already filled with henchmen and loyalists. The people don’t rise up too much and ICE can suppress the ones that do protest. And it’s just the dictator thing to do.
